Overview
The Calendar page rolls up obligations from every contract you own, view, or are assigned to sign into one monthly view — so you don't have to open each contract individually to see what's due.
Before you start
| Requirement | Details |
|---|---|
| Plan | Starter, Pro, or Enterprise |
| Data shown | Obligations from any contract where you're the owner, an invited viewer, or an assigned signatory — only the latest version of each contract is included |
If your plan doesn't include this feature, the Calendar page shows a blurred preview with an upgrade prompt instead of your real data.
Reading the page
At the top, four stat cards summarize the currently filtered view:
| Card | Meaning |
|---|---|
| This month | Total obligation occurrences due in the visible month |
| Owner | How many of those are owner obligations |
| Signator | How many are signatory obligations |
| Ongoing | Obligations with no fixed due date (trigger-based or open-ended) |
Below that, the month grid shows a colored chip on each day that has something due — blue for owner obligations, amber for signatory ones. Use the arrows to move between months, or Today to jump back to the current month.
Filtering and navigating
- Use the Contract filter to narrow the calendar to a single contract.
- Use the Type filter to show only Owner or only Signator obligations.
- Click any day on the grid to filter the side list down to just that day's obligations; click it again to go back to the default Upcoming obligations list (the next 10 occurrences across the whole month, soonest first).
- Obligations in the side list are grouped by contract, with each group collapsible.
A separate Ongoing (no due date) panel below the list shows obligations that don't have a fixed date — mostly ones scheduled by trigger event rather than a due date.
Recognizing who owns what
- Obligations you don't own (created on a contract someone else owns) show a small avatar and the owner's name so you can tell at a glance whose contract it belongs to.
- A sparkle icon on an obligation card means it was suggested by AI and hasn't been edited yet — hover it for confirmation.
- Clicking any obligation card takes you straight to that contract's Obligations tab.
