Bulk Operations in DottSign
DottSign lets you perform actions on multiple contracts or multiple signers at once, saving you time when managing a large number of documents.
Bulk Contract Management (Dashboard)
From your contracts dashboard, you can select multiple contracts and act on them together:
- Click the checkbox next to any contract to enter selection mode
- Select additional contracts you want to include
- Use the floating toolbar at the bottom of the screen to:
- Archive selected contracts
- Download a ZIP file containing all selected contracts' signed PDFs
- Delete selected draft contracts
This is useful when closing out a batch of completed contracts, doing a periodic clean-up, or downloading a set of signed documents for your records.
Sending WhatsApp to Multiple Signers at Once
Within a single contract, if you have multiple signers who need to receive (or re-receive) their WhatsApp signing link, you can send to all of them in one action:
- Open the contract from your dashboard
- On the contract detail page, select the signers you want to notify using the checkboxes next to their names
- Click Send selected to dispatch WhatsApp signing links to all selected signers at once
WhatsApp delivery requires a Pro or Enterprise plan. Signers must have a phone number on file.
Bulk Download of Signed Contracts
Once contracts are signed, you can download multiple signed PDFs at once:
- From your contracts dashboard, check the contracts you want
- Click Download in the floating toolbar
- DottSign will package all selected signed PDFs into a single ZIP file for download
