We're simplifying DottSign's paid plan lineup. The goal is more predictable limits, and for the first time, a plan built for whole teams instead of individual users. Nothing changes today: everything below takes effect on September 5, 2026.
What's changing
Free stays exactly as it is: 5 contracts a month and 5 AI questions a day, at no cost. No changes here.
Starter stays at $24.90/mo (R$ 24,90/mês), with the same 50 contracts a month. The only change is the daily AI question limit, from 30 to 20 a day.
Pro stays at $69.90/mo (R$ 69,90/mês). The monthly contract limit goes up, from 100 to 150. The AI question limit, unlimited today, becomes 60 a day.
If you already subscribe to Starter or Pro, your current price is not changing. Only the new AI limits take effect on September 5, your account stays exactly as it is until then.
New: the Business plan
We're launching Business, a plan built for teams sharing a single DottSign organization:
- $149.90/mo (R$ 149,90/mês), flat per organization, not per person
- 500 contracts a month
- Unlimited AI questions
- Up to 15 people in the same organization
Until now, growing teams either had to stack individual subscriptions or talk to sales for a custom Enterprise plan. Business fills that gap: self-serve, no negotiation, with a clear seat cap from day one.
Why we're doing this
The old plans had become hard to compare against each other, and there was no natural step between an individual plan and Enterprise for teams that were outgrowing it. This update reorganizes the pricing table to read cleanly top to bottom, and builds that missing middle step.
What to do now
Nothing, if you're on Free or already happy with Starter or Pro, your account stays the same until September 5. If your team is growing and a per-organization plan makes more sense, it's worth a look at Business before the cutover date.
